Gmina Woźniki is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubliniec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the town of Woźniki, which lies approximately 45 kilometres (28 mi) north-east of Lubliniec and 82 km (51 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 127 square kilometres (49.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,583 (out of which the population of Woźniki amounts to 4,410, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 5,173).
