Gmina Walce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Krapkowice County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Walce, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south of Krapkowice and 34 km (21 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
The gmina covers an area of 69.29 square kilometres (26.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,976.
