Gmina Sztabin is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Augustów County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Sztabin, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) south-east of Augustów and 63 km (39 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 361.8 square kilometres (139.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,449.
