Gmina Staszów is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Staszów, which lies approximately 53 kilometres (33 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.

The gmina covers an area of 225.86 square kilometres (87.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 26,492 (out of which the population of Staszów amounts to 15,499, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 10,993).
