Gmina Sokółka is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokółka County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the town of Sokółka, which lies approximately 39 kilometres (24 mi) north-east of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 313.62 square kilometres (121.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 26,406 (out of which the population of Sokółka amounts to 18,888, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 7,518).
