Gmina Sławatycze is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Sławatycze, which lies approximately 44 kilometres (27 mi) south-east of Biała Podlaska and 88 km (55 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin.

The gmina covers an area of 71.71 square kilometres (27.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 2,616.
