Gmina Rzeczyca is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Rzeczyca, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north-east of Tomaszów Mazowiecki and 61 km (38 mi) east of the regional capital Łódź.
The gmina covers an area of 108.29 square kilometres (41.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,971.
