Gmina Rudna is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubin County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Rudna.
The gmina covers an area of 216.6 square kilometres (83.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,151.
