Gmina Rudka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsk County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Rudka, which lies approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) west of Bielsk Podlaski and 53 km (33 mi) south-west of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 70.21 square kilometres (27.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 2,217.
