Gmina Psary is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Będzin County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Psary, which lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Będzin and 17 km (11 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 45.98 square kilometres (17.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 11,219.
