Gmina Orla is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsk County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Orla, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Bielsk Podlaski and 47 km (29 mi) south of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of 159.68 square kilometres (61.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,320.
