Gmina Mysłakowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Mysłakowice.
The gmina covers an area of 88.75 square kilometres (34.27 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 9,990.
