Gmina Lyski is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Rybnik County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Lyski.
The gmina covers an area of 57.83 square kilometres (22.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,924.
