Gmina Lwówek Śląski is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Lwówek Śląski, which lies approximately 102 kilometres (63 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 240.37 square kilometres (92.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 18,189 (out of which the population of Lwówek Śląski amounts to 9,687, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,502).
