Gmina Kostomłoty is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Środa Śląska County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Kostomłoty.

The gmina covers an area of 146.25 square kilometres (56.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,872.
