Gmina Kolonowskie is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Kolonowskie, which lies approximately 19 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Strzelce Opolskie and 33 km (21 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 83.61 square kilometres (32.3 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,223 (out of which the population of Kolonowskie amounts to 3,432, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,791).
