Gmina Kobiór is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Pszczyna County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kobiór.

The gmina covers an area of 49.5 square kilometres (19.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,599.
