Gmina Kąkolewnica Wschodnia is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Radzyń Podlaski County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kąkolewnica Wschodnia.
The gmina covers an area of 147.71 square kilometres (57.0 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 8,459.
