Gmina Jemielno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Jemielno, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) south of Góra and 56 km (35 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.
The gmina covers an area of 123.8 square kilometres (47.8 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,096.
