Gmina Janowice Wielkie is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jelenia Góra County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Janowice Wielkie.

The gmina covers an area of 58.09 square kilometres (22.43 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,066.
