Gmina Herby is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubliniec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Herby.

The gmina covers an area of 50.47 square kilometres (19.5 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,981.
