Gmina Gilowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Żywiec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gilowice.
The gmina covers an area of 28.15 square kilometres (10.9 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,667.
