Gmina Gierałtowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gliwice County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Gierałtowice, which lies approximately 41 kilometres (25 mi) east of Gliwice and 21 km (13 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 39 square kilometres (15.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 10,680.
