Gmina Głogówek is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, on the Czech border. Its seat is the town of Głogówek, which lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) east of Prudnik and 37 km (23 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.

The gmina covers an area of 170.06 square kilometres (65.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 14,362 (out of which the population of Głogówek amounts to 5,816, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 8,546).
