Gmina Dukla is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Krosno County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland, on the Slovak border. Its seat is the town of Dukla, which lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) south of Krosno and 57 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 332.5 square kilometres (128.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 16,650 (out of which the population of Dukla amounts to 2,136, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 14,514).
