Gmina Cisek is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the village of Cisek, which lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Kędzierzyn-Koźle and 47 km (29 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
The gmina covers an area of 70.89 square kilometres (27.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 6,768.
