Gmina Choroszcz is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Białystok County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Choroszcz, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of 163.5 square kilometres (63.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 12,957 (out of which the population of Choroszcz amounts to 5,416, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 7,541).
