Gmina Bytów is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Bytów, which lies approximately 79 kilometres (49 mi) west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

The gmina covers an area of 197.44 square kilometres (76.2 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 23,568 (out of which the population of Bytów amounts to 16,715, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 6,853).
