Gmina Brzeg Dolny is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Wołów County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Brzeg Dolny, which lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Wołów, and 28 kilometres (17 mi) north-west of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of 94.4 square kilometres (36.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 16,215 (out of which the population of Brzeg Dolny amounts to 12,786, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 3,429).
