Gmina Boronów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Lubliniec County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Boronów, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) east of Lubliniec and 49 km (30 mi) north of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 56 square kilometres (21.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 3,303.
