Gmina Boguchwała is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Rzeszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Boguchwała, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of 96.19 square kilometres (37.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 20,945 (out of which the population of Boguchwała is 5,535).
