Gmina Boćki is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsk County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Boćki, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Bielsk Podlaski and 53 km (33 mi) south of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of 232.06 square kilometres (89.6 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,006.
