Gmina Bielsk Podlaski is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Bielsk County, Podlachian Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the town of Bielsk Podlaski, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina.

The gmina covers an area of 430.14 square kilometres (166.1 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 7,396.
