Gmina Łubnice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Staszów County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, in south-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Łubnice, which lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south of Staszów and 65 km (40 mi) south-east of the regional capital Kielce.
The gmina covers an area of 84.01 square kilometres (32.4 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 4,432.
