GMI Retail Management

GMI Retail Management Company is a joint-venture of Simon Property Group, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund and SZITIC Commercial Property Co,. Ltd. aiming at a long term development of retail real estate in China. Today, the joint-venture has invested over RMB 2 billion in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Zhengzhou, Hefei and Changshu. The first project will open in the 4th quarter of 2007 in Changshu, China. Wal-Mart , together with other international brands , have committed to anchor in all five projects .
