GLUMP is an eircom wholesale product. It is a result of how Comreg has regulated LLU in Ireland. The only offical defintion of it is the cited eircom Document.

It was supposed to solve number portability issues off LLU. Only Magnet networks used it. Because it is a peculiar Irish solution to an Irish problem it was added to explain the GLUMP mentioned in eircom article.

There can be no complete understanding of Irish LLU market without reference to GLUMP.
