Talk:Global Intent
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I just created this page. Any input? Hrollins 23:01, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
This is a description of a major portion of a book by Alex MacGillivray. The book should be added as a reference on the globalization page and then linked to this page. [Unsigned]
Does this page want to be:
- about the book A Brief History of Globalization: The Untold Story of Our Incredible Shrinking Planet]], like The World Is Flat
- about the author Alex MacGillivray, like Thomas L. Friedman
- about the emergence of the global world-view, global intent
- a part of globalization
???
I agree with the previous unsigned comment: this book should be a citation for the globalization article. As it is now, this article needs serious wikify-ing. 202.129.0.182 07:53, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
This page should merely be about the global intent idea; this page should thus be very brief, citing where else this idea has been used. I created separate pages for A Brief History of Globalization and Alex MacGillivray. The book page should be expanded from information in this article to be like The World Is Flat and Globalization and Its Discontents articles. The information in this article not directly from A Brief History of Globalization should be uploaded to the main Globalization article and properly cited.
