Cover of Gloria Estefan first solo studio album Cuts Both Ways which became on an instant hit when it was released at 1989.

The manner of said use constitutes a "fair use" under United States copyright law. Specifically:

  1. The English-language Wikipedia is a project of the Wikimedia Foundation, Inc., a non-profit charitable organization.
  2. The article for which the use occurs is purely educational in nature.
  3. The sole purpose of this use is to illustrate the CD in question.
  4. Said image is the primary means of visual identification of the main topic of the article.
