Global Hotel Alliance is an alliance of independent hotel groups with 162 hotels across 128 cities in 46 countries with its head office located in Geneva, Switzerland.
Global Hotel Alliance was created in 2004 and is a growing collection of four or five-star hotels, managed by individual, regional brands.
The vision of Global Hotel Alliance is to assist small to mid-size hotel brands to compete more effectively with the large hotel chains by taking control of their own distribution, giving a voice to their marketing activities in an increasingly global environment, and by extending and streamlining their sales forces, while each partner retains its brand’s independence and individuality.
Global Hotel Alliance member brands recognise the members of each other’s guest recognition programmes which include, Kempinski’s Private Concierge, Omni’s Select Guest, Pan Pacific’s Advocates, Marco Polo’s Tai Pan Club, the Dusit Gold Card and The Landis Card, delivering special benefits and VIP treatments in all the Alliance hotels.
The CEO is Christopher Hartley.
The Global Hotel Alliance logo is a large red G.
