Global Cool is a ten-year climate change campaign, launched in January 2007 and based in London and Los Angeles.[1]

The celebrity-backed campaign aims to inspire one billion people worldwide to each reduce their personal carbon dioxide emissions by one tonne to slow down global warming.[2]

Prominent supporters of Global Cool include Amitabh Bachchan, Sienna Miller, Heather Graham, Rosario Dawson,KT Tunstall, Maroon 5 and Josh Hartnett.
