[edit] Who's Who?

"He has been named to "Who's Who Among America's Teachers" three times"

Is this really a signifier of importance, or is it like the high schoolers deal -- basically used to sell books and of no real meaning?

[edit] Dead Links

Corporation for Public Broadcasting Ombudsman links are 404'd.

[edit] His campaigns

It says his 'latest' campaign is against the Boys Are Stupid t-shirts. What were his other campaigns? - Ross Taben

In 2007, Glenn led a campaign to attempt to persuade Volvo away from awarding an advertising contract to Arnold Worldwide.[citation needed] Despite significant attention to this campaign in the advertising industry press, Volvo contracted with Arnold Worldwide anyway.

It would be useful to state why he had against Arnold Worldwide. SaintCahier 11:28, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Update on which stations air his show?

The article currently says his show "can be heard on KMPC 1540 AM in Los Angeles and on KKOL 1300 AM in Seattle, Washington." I Googled those stations & searched their websites for mentions of him, but I don't find him anywhere in their itinteraries. Those stations may have aired his show in the past, but do they anymore? I also notice at his own website, HisSide.com, that archives of the show haven't been uploaded since July 2005. Does anyone know why? Roxtar 07:53, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

Apparently as of 2006-2007 his radio show has been in hiatus, which might explain his move into the blogosphere. Tweesdad 07:23, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability

Can someone provide good reliable references that meet the requirements of both the Reliable Sources and Notability Guidelines? Otherwise this article is subject to deletion.

I found several reliable references but none meeting the notability requirement since they're not really about Sacks:

(These are still good sources for expanding and footnoting this article.)

I decided to be bold and remove the notability flag. Like him or not, Glenn has written numerous columns in the national press, received significant media attention for his campaigns (whether or not successful) and is one of the most often quoted men's rights activists on current affairs. I considered putting links in to all the newspaper columns he's written, but it would have ended up being a copy-and-paste of the "Columns" page of his website which lists all of them. Perhaps a separate link to this "Columns" page would suffice? Tweesdad 02:06, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
