[edit] NRHP document incomplete

The NRHP text PDF document in the article is an incomplete scanned copy. It omits required sections of such documents, including sections that would identify authors/preparers and date of preparation. It would be a help if an editor would request a free complete copy of the document from the National Register, and complete the reference information, as well as use the complete document to otherwise improve the article.
