Glenn Rule (born November 30, 1989, Birkenhead) is a professional footballer with Chester City who plays as a midfielder. He has squad number 33 with Chester.
Rule is a product of Chester’s youth set-up and is one of several youngsters to have been included in the first-team squad this season. He made his debut as a substitute against Carlisle United in October 2007 as a 17-year old. His Football League debut arrived with a starting place at Morecambe on December 26, 2007.
Rule was involved in the Chester youth sides that made the fourth round of the FA Youth Cup in both 2006–07 and 2007–08.
