Glen Iris is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Glen Iris, on the Glen Waverley railway line. It is in Metcard Zone 1.

The station is located at the northern end of the High Street level crossing. Tram route 6 terminates near the station.

The station consists of two platforms in an island format. The island platform contains a semi-large fibro building. A large Metcard machine is located at the entrance to the platforms, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. A subway is located underneath the station.
Both platforms can be accessed via High Street.
Other connected services are the number 6 tram to Melbourne University, the 734 bus to Glen Waverley, and the 612 bus from Chadstone to Box Hill and vice versa. The tram is a short walk west along High St to the Malvern Rd intersection, and the buses are at a terminus parallel and adjacent to the platforms east.
