This woman is absolutely notable - she was a mainstay of the Metropolitan Opera in the 30's and into the 40's. I don't really see how the article doesn't make that clear. --User:AlbertHerring Io son l'orecchio e tu la bocca: parla! 22:23, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
