[edit] Merge from Zion's Messenger

It seems reasonable to have this content merged to Gladden Bishop, with a redirect on Zion's Messenger. The material is scant, there is little likelihood of the Zion's Messenger being expanded, and his whole church (Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Gladdenite)) is already redirected to his article.
