I believe that this image of a video game screenshot should be considered fair use for the following reasons.

1. It is used solely with the intent and desire to improve the quality of the article.
2. It is my own creation and taken from an emulator at the time and date stated above.
3. It's doubtful that a free use image for this game exists.
