Glashedy

Glashedy Island (Irish: Glaiséidí ) is a rock island approximately 1.6 km (1 mi) from Pollan Bay in Ballyliffin, Donegal. Its former name up until the early 1800s was Seale Island.
The English translation of the name is the Island of the Green Cloak derived from the layer of grass present on the top. It is currently uninhabited it is the outermost of the Donegal Islands.
