Glanville railway station is a railway station with four platforms on the Outer Harbor railway line which is located in the northwestern Adelaide suburb of Glanville on the LeFevre Peninsula. The station opened in 1878 with the extension of the Adelaide to Port Adelaide railway to Semaphore. It is located 13.8 km (8 miles 44 chains) by railway from the Adelaide Railway Station.

From its opening until 1978, Glanville was the junction of a short branch line running mainly in the middle of Dunnikier Road (later renamed Semaphore Road) to Semaphore. During it's final years, the service was run with the small 55 class Brill railcars before being replaced in 1968 by the Redhen railcars.

Today, Glanville is a broad gauge (1600mm) only station, served only by suburban passenger trains, run by TransAdelaide. During weekday peak periods, Glanville becomes the Outer Harbor lines only intermediate terminus. Two services in the morning and one in the evening terminate here, to form as supplements for express services to the city.

A small bus/rail interchange was built adjacent to the station in the mid 1990's to cater for bus's serving the LeFevre Peninsula area.
