Gladsville Hornsby Soccer Referees Association

Gladesville Hornsby Soccer Referees Association is located in the North Western Suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. More formally known as the GHSRA, it services the Gladesville Hornsby Football Association (GHFA) and the North West Sydney Women's Soccer Association (NWSSA) local competition with fully qualified Football New South Wales and Football Federation Australia referees.

GHSRA was formed in 1954, and has been providing referees to the North Western suburbs of Sydney continuously over 53 seasons in particular Gladesville Hornsby Football Association (originally Hornsby-Epping FA) and North West Sydney Women's Soccer (formed in 1981 as Gladesville-Hornsby WSA). In 2005, GHSRA has over 290 members including A-League Referee Simon Przydacz, and National Referees' Manager Richard Lorenc.

A number of GHSRA members have progressed to receive their FIFA Referees Badges including Richard Lorenc, Tim Davies, John McConnell (jnr), Jenny Bray and Stewart Lockrey (Assistant Referee). Current FIFA and A-League Assistant Referee John Peacock commenced his refereeing with GHSRA before moving to Queensland.

Other members have been active in the administration of the NSW Soccer Referees Inc. including Wes Oke (President), Ron Beaumont (Secretary) and Tony Ho (Honorary Auditor). The current President of the association is Dale Bridle.
